On Thursday beginning at 9:30 AM, FRRACS’ Attorney Michael Hayden will be arguing before the Third Circuit Court of Appeals in Washington, D.C. He will be presenting our case against the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) and their thirty-three minute approval of the extension of the two year certificate for the Weymouth Compressor Station in December of 2018. Although these approvals are usually rubber stamps for the industry, FERC always follows procedures that take two to four days. Furthermore, Congressman Lynch had requested that FERC open a comment period prior to re-authorizing the two year certificate a month before FERC acted. Fingers crossed, Campers!
