The Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection (MassDEP) will hear arguments on part 2 of our waterways license appeal. Folks are welcome to attend if they are interested. We will not be allowed to speak but it is an open hearing, so we can attend and listen. We kindly ask that folks don’t bring signs, etc. The hearing starts at 9am on Wednesday, February 6, and will be held at DEP offices in Boston: 1 Winter St, Boston, MA 02108. We are told that the hearing is scheduled to last three days - Feb. 6 - Feb. 8.
