FRRACS is appealing Enbridge’s air quality permit, which was conditionally approved in January of this year. A MassDEP adjudicator will be overseeing the appeal procedure. Weymouth, Braintree, and Quincy are all in the appeal, as well.

The public is welcome to attend, though we ask folks to treat the process as you would any court hearing. Dress accordingly and remain quiet during the testimony so that all can hear. Eye rolls are welcome. We will have "No Compressor" stickers for folks to wear if they'd like.   The hearing is scheduled to begin on Wednesday, May 15 at 9AM at the DEP office in Downtown Boston (1 Winter Street). The office is located above the food court in Downtown Crossing. We'll be gathering at the bottom of the escalator that leads to MassDEP at 8:30 am for a group photo

The hearing could last through Friday, May 17, depending on how long the process takes.
