D.C. Circuit Denies our Federal Case Against FERC

Hey folks, we have some more news to share: the D.C. Circuit has denied our federal case against FERC . While not unexpected, we feel is it came much too soon to have been given proper consideration. We will post in more detail later, but wanted to keep you updated on the status of the appeal. Though this is bad news, it's important not to get discouraged. We still have many avenues ahead of us. The Health Impact Assessment is due out any day now, the Air Quality determination will be granted or not on January 11, our appeal on Waterways will continue in early February, and we have still not heard on the Wetlands appeal--a full four months after the final briefs were filed.

We need you now, more than ever. The past four years have been tough, but we've come a long way. Remember, Enbridge planned on having the compressor station up and running in November of 2017. Let's continue to delay their plans until it completely falls off the table.

Thank you, as always, for all that you do. Onward to 2019.

You can read the decision here.
