FRRACS submits letter to FERC re: Ch. 91 ruling

On May 2, 2022, Norfolk Superior Court Judge Joseph Leighton vacated the Chapter 91 Waterways permit for the Algonquin Weymouth compressor station and remanded the permit back to the MA Department of Environmental Protection.

We submitted a letter to FERC today in response to this ruling. When they pull your permits, you have to stop operating, right? Ask any business who has had their liquor license pulled. So, does that mean the same for Enbridge now that their waterways license has been remanded? We asked that question to FERC today. You can read our letter here and below.
