Read MoreIt's THROWBACK THURSDAY, Campers! As we are painfully watching Enbridge construct in an unsafe manner during this time of pandemic, let's look back four years ago just this month to what Enbridge--then Spectra--was up to! Remember their attempt to buy off the Town? YOU responded and the Town listened! And the Town of Weymouth has been your great partner in the fight ever since. Good job, Campers!

It was car-thartic. Enbridge continues to cause harm and destruction but we won’t give up the fight. Thanks to all who joined us today. You can read our press release for the event below.

This is a new area for us. However, I am sure that one of your friends or neighbors has this experience and could direct us in this matter. We are looking for a risk assessment based on existing documentation and a site visit. We already have all of the documentation. I am asking all of our supporters to shake the bushes and find a knowledgeable person that could help us. We need the neighborhood groups to send this request to their membership. We need local business people to consider if they have associates that might fill this need.

Read MoreIt came as little surprise that FERC denied the rehearing request from FRRACS and the Town of Weymouth on the 33 minute turn around time for an extension of Enbridge's permit in late 2018. What was a surprise was the dissension of FERC Commissioner Glick:
"Actions like these only lend further credence to those who view the Commission as a rubber stamp in pipeline proceedings. We can and must do better. The process of producing an order that is voted on by the full Commission may not be perfect—and the Commissioners may not always agree—but that process will almost certainly deliver more reasoned and considered decision making than the parties received here."
