On Tuesday night, FRRACS spoke in front of the Braintree Town Council to present data on air quality and our concerns regarding current levels of pollution. Dr. Nordgaard discussed the results and Mike Lang and Alice Arena spoke in more detail about our efforts to stop the compressor station. We are grateful the Council took the time to listen to our concerns, and we are hopeful that the dialogue will continue.Read More

Congressman Lynch, Senator Warren, and Senator Markey sent a letter to MassDEP in opposition to the proposed Air Quality Plan. We thank them for their support and encourage Gov. Baker to follow their lead.
It's also important to recognize the folks in the community who continuously call, email, and visit our state reps and urge them to speak out. Weymouth resident, Wendy, pushed hard to get Lynch, Warren, and Markey to submit comments on this matter and we thank her for her dedicated efforts!
The Town of Weymouth and their associated 10-person intervenor group submitted comments in regards to Spectra's Air Quality Plan.
