HIA UPDATE: The Health Impact Assessment (HIA) is officially available online. The report does not reflect the input from the community adequately or the data available. We didn't expect much given the fact that the HIA was conducted over a very short time-frame (6 months), with a small budget, using data mostly from Spectra. We'll provide a more detailed review of the report later, but wanted to let you know that it is available online now.
